Shocking details are being revealed of the hatred the UKC Ljubljana doctor is harboring towards Christians; apparently, he would even deny them access to medical ventilators. Among other things, he shared a post on Facebook that reads: “Great news! Your family just informed us they are praying to Jesus for you. So we are giving your respirator to someone who does not have Jesus curing them.” Apparently, this is a very dangerous person who clearly acts in ways that are not compatible with the Code of Medical Ethics and the Declaration of Geneva, so we have already written to the Medical Chamber of Slovenia and the University Medical Centre of Ljubljana, asking what they are planning to do in regards to the matter. And remember, former Director-General of the Slovenj Gradec General Hospital, Janez Lavre, had to leave his position because of similarly inappropriate communication on Twitter, despite his apology!
In constructing the scandal related to the allegedly controversial purchasing of the ventilators, the media and the opposition have in recent days often referred to the opinion of the »independent expert« Rihard Knafelj, who is actually an adviser of the LMŠ party for the field of healthcare and is employed by the University Medical Centre Ljubljana. In his activities on the social network Facebook, Knafelj does not try to hide his sympathy for the far-left ideas, nor his hatred for Christians.
Knafelj would deny Christians access to medical ventilators
Knafelj often shares distasteful posts by the anti-theistic “Atheist Republic” on his Facebook page. The posts are not limited to insults and hatred; we have also discovered a direct threat to Christians. On April 23rd, Knafelj shared a post which was originally published by the aforementioned site, in which the doctor says the following to a patient: “Great news! Your family just informed us they are praying to Jesus for you. So we are giving your respirator to someone who does not have Jesus curing them.”
The introduction of the Code of Medical Ethics of the Slovenian Medical Association and the Medical Chamber of Slovenia reads as follows: /…/ I will not allow for any differences due to gender, race, genetic factors, lifestyle, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, political affiliation or social status.”
His post is also in direct contradiction to the Declaration of Geneva in its current form, which serves as a revision of the Hippocratic Oath: “I will not permit considerations of age, disease or disability, creed, ethnic origin, gender, nationality, political affiliation, race, sexual orientation, social standing or any other factor to intervene between my duty and my patient.«
Director of the Slovenj Gradec General Hospital, Lavre, had to leave his position, despite his apology being accepted
As we have previously reported at Nova24TV, Janez Lavre had to step down from the position of Director-General of the Slovenj Gradec General Hospital, due to similar inappropriate communication on Twitter. Although he publicly apologized for his statements, and the aggrieved person accepted his apology, Lavre was subsequently subjected to media attacks, especially by the newspaper Večer. Its journalist Petra Lesjak Tušek who is also the president of the left-wing Slovene Association of Journalists wrote a number of malicious articles attacking Lavre, which could have helped her friend Jana Makuc, the Medical Director of the Slovenj Gradec Hospital, to get to the position of Director-General. The latter has been striving to occupy the position for a long time.
We have already sent a question to the Medical Chamber of Slovenia, asking them whether they would demand the removal of the dangerous Knafelj from the medical circles. We also sent a question to the University Medical Centre of Ljubljana and asked its Director-General Janez Poklukar about the future of Knafelj’s employment in the Medical Centre, in light of the recent shocking revelations. We will update the article with their answers as soon as we get them!
