Left-wing fascism on the march? This is how they vandalized the building of the Ministry of Culture, even though they received hefty sums of money from the state!

Datum:

This time, the extremists vandalized the building of the Ministry of Culture, on which they spray painted the following: “Stop the repression of the poor.” What is surprising is that the Government’s package of measures brings even greater benefits to the cultural community than what they initially wanted. What probably contributed to the act of vandalism, is the continuous misreporting by RTV Slovenija.

The activities of the extremists who do not want to recognize the democratic will of the people when it does not coincide with their wishes have only intensified in recent days. On Friday, several men wearing masks vandalized the building of the Ministry of Culture and spray-painted graffiti on several windows and walls in front of the entrance.

“On Friday, the building of the @mk_gov_si was vandalized by a group of masked men on bicycles. They spray-painted graffiti on several windows and the wall next to the entrance. The Ministry strongly condemns the vandalization of public property,” The Ministry of Culture posted on their Twitter profile.

The vandals are complaining about the “repression of the poor”
Among other things, one of the slogans that were spray-painted on the building is: “Stop the repression of the poor.” This is surprising, as the Slovenian Government has adopted one of the most comprehensive aid packages among all the countries of the European Union, due to the crisis caused by the novel coronavirus. The aid packages are even more extensive than what the opposition had demanded, so it is clear that the only problem that the extremists are facing is that the leftists are no longer in power.

“Repression of the poor in Slovenia:

– 1750 € of basic income for the self-employed over three months,

– paid contributions for the self-employed,

– payment of income and contributions for workers on hold,

– crisis allowance for all pensioners,

– crisis allowance for students,” the public relations employee of the Ministry, Mitja Iršič, wrote on Twitter.

Has RTV Slovenija’s false reporting contributed to vandalism?!
As we have already reported on Nova24TV, RTV Slovenija’s journalist Špela Kožar repeatedly attacked the Ministry of Culture with her false reporting, using extremely tendentious rhetoric. Her reports were full of untrue facts and insinuations that are not worthy of the reputation of a public service broadcaster. As the Ministry pointed out in a request for correction, the recommendation to the Book and Film Agencies did not speak about stopping transfers, as the State Secretary has explained for RTV Slovenija on four occasions. The recommendation only spoke about how to conduct calls for tenders during the pandemic, and the Ministry had already received a positive response from the Agencies. What is more, the package of measures brings even greater benefits to the cultural community than what they initially advocated for!
